Order Processing Times
Because every product we create is custom-made, production and processing times may vary.
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
- Peak Seasons: Processing may extend during holidays or promotional periods.
- Business Days: Processing times apply Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Artwork/Approval Delays: Orders requiring artwork approval or revisions may experience longer processing times.

Once your order has been produced and processed, it will ship via your selected method at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.00 within the continental US.
- Expedited and express options will incur additional charges.
Local Delivery / Pickup
If applicable:
- Local Pickup: Free in-store pickup is available at our location. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, we will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us at memoriesandcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your package anytime using the link provided in your shipping email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or oversized orders.
- Certain international regions may be excluded due to customs or carrier limitations.
Service Interruptions & Delays
Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

- Customs processing (for international orders)
